• Why: To generate concise summaries that help you decide if an email is worth reading
• Scope: We only access emails you explicitly view or that are processed by our background service

Web Page Data

• What we access: Page title and text content of web pages you visit
• Why: To generate summaries when you click the "Generate Summary" button
• When: Only when you explicitly request a summary

How We Process Your Data

1. AI Processing: Email and webpage content is sent to Google's Gemini AI API through our secure proxy server to generate summaries
2. No Storage on Our Servers: We do not store your emails, webpage content, or summaries on any external server
3. Local Storage Only: Generated summaries are cached locally in your browser's storage for faster access

Data We Do NOT Collect

• We do NOT store your email content on our servers
• We do NOT track your browsing history
• We do NOT sell or share your data with third parties
• We do NOT use your data for advertising
• We do NOT collect personal identification information

Third-Party Services

We use Google Gemini API to generate summaries. Your content is processed according to Google's Privacy Policy. The content is sent only for the purpose of generating summaries and is not retained by us.

Your Control

You have full control over your data:

• Skip Sites/Senders: You can exclude specific websites or email senders from being processed
• Clear Data: You can clear all cached summaries at any time through Chrome's extension settings
• Uninstall: Removing the extension deletes all locally stored data

Data Security

• All communication with our proxy server uses HTTPS encryption
• API keys are stored securely on our server, never exposed in the extension code
• No authentication credentials are stored or transmitted

Children's Privacy

This extension is not intended for children under 13 years of age.
